VIDEO CATALOG

The Wisconsin Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped lends its videos to registered users for a week at a time. You can order any of these videos by calling or writing the Library. The Catalog is divided into two parts. The first part contains Hollywood movies and PBS documentaries. All the videos in the first part are Described Videos having a second sound track that tells about the setting, what the characters are wearing, what they are doing and so forth. The second part contains informational videos on blindness and various other disabilities. These videos have a standard soundtrack and are not Described Videos.
